How a bonus buy works
Instead of waiting for scatters, you buy the bonus round at a price shown in the game, usually a multiple of your stake. The round then plays out like a normal triggered feature.
What changes when you buy
- Each round costs much more than a spin, so your budget goes faster.
- Results swing harder: big wins and empty features are both common.
- The RTP of the buy option can differ slightly from base play.
Studios known for bonus buys
Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play, BGaming and Push Gaming release many buy-feature slots. At Cursed Captain they sit in the Bonus Buy row, with titles such as Sugar Rush 1000 and Wild Cash x9990.
Bonuses and buys
Bonus buy bets often do not count towards bonus play-through, or are not allowed while a bonus is active. Check the offer rules before buying with bonus money.
